Clouds of the Day - Cumulus - March 15, 2024

If you are waiting for spring these clouds are a good sign. As temperatures warm clouds will reveal more vertical development. These Cumulus formed in the late morning as surface temperatures warmed from the 40s into the lower 50s. The warmer air and its moisture create these harmless clouds that are foretelling a pleasant but cool afternoon.
